You may have noticed a few changes happening at the Kopi Coffee House location on Burnside. After 8-plus years of serving coffee to our community as Kopi, we have embarked on a new chapter. We want to express our immense gratitude for your support. It has been a great privilege to grow and transform alongside you over time.

Moving forward, Kopi will evolve into a full coffee roasting business under our Pagi Coffee Merchants name. This transformation will allow us to continue diving into new coffee experiences through our online store and blog while staying true to the original vision of providing our customers with fantastic coffee from small farms in Southeast Asia and perhaps other regions as well.

Rest assured, our coffee beans and famous artisan lattes will continue to be available at the location, under new ownership as No Preference Coffee. The new owner, Bryce is a long-time local coffee veteran and is committed to maintaining the high level of excellence and dedication to the craft that you have come to expect from Kopi.

In line with this evolution, we are thrilled to share that we have embarked on an extensive coffee farm tour of Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond. This journey underscores our commitment to fostering and nourishing relationships with our favorite farmers and farms. By deepening these connections, we aim to bring you even more exceptional coffees, enriching your coffee experience with the stories and flavors of these remarkable origins.

We are immensely grateful for your continued support and look forward to sharing the next exciting phase of our journey with you.

Of course, Kopi Coffee House wouldn't have been the same without our amazing crew. A huge shout-out is owed to the teams that have brewed, served, and shared stories over the years—you've turned our shop into a community. Many of you have become like family, not just to us but to our regulars as well, and you've contributed immeasurably to the heart and soul of this place. We want to thank each one of you for your hard work, laughter, and commitment to creating a welcoming space for everyone. Each latte art, every early morning opening shift, and all the friendly chats with customers have helped to weave the rich tapestry that Kopi Coffee House represents. We're honored to call you our colleagues and overjoyed to recognize many of you as incredible friends. Here's to the memories made and the ones yet to come, no matter where our paths might lead next!

As we reflect on our journey since opening in 2015, we can't help but feel grateful for the wild ride and incredible pleasure it has been. At Kopi Coffee House, we found immense joy in offering a creative coffee experience inspired by the incredible people and gastronomic experiences of the cities and coffee farms of Southeast Asia. It was our creative goal to provide unique space and tastes that could add to our local coffee conversation.
